Does your team know what operational risks could disrupt the achievement of objectives?  Each company has its risks. For example client complaints, a fire, somebody steals money or equipment is not working. Not so likely maybe, but it would be irresponsible to deny these risks. To  prevent processes from being affected and efforts destroyed, I help you to identify the risks of your activities.
