I have many years of experience as trainer, developer and project leader in the Netherlands and the Asia Pacific region (based in Singapore). I'm specialised in translating  IT/technical content and information management for end users. 

ServiceCultuur is a training and consultancybureau I own with Fabia Hooykaas, specialised in customer focus, communication and culture change. We work for companies aiming to enhance their service levels.
